A peek into the course
Who should attend this course?

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by numerous map based exercises for which correct solutions are not available or very hard to find? Do you find it hard to visualise geological structure in 3-D? Do you find yourself wondering what do those contour lines, and traces of bedding, faults and folds drawn on paper actually look like in the real world. If you find yourself struggling with these issues, this course is for you.

What are the special features of this course?
  • Concepts explained using 3-D google earth visuals to provide
  • Video solutions for all map based exercises
  • Video solutions to questions that have been asked in the previous year’s examinations
  • Numerical problems from structural geology
  • .kmz files will be shared with the students so that they can themselves experiment with the geological features on google earth
  • Earn a certificate of completion to showcase your skills
