You can check the latest UPSC calendar for the year 2021 here. The first exam of the year – Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 will be held on 21st February 2021 (Sunday). This year UPSC did not release any seats for Geologists in GSI. However, students with geology exam are still eligible to apply for Hydrogeologist positions in GSI.
The combined geologists mains exam will be held on 17 July 2021 (Saturday).
The CSE and IFS prelims exam is scheduled to be held on 27 June 2021. The notification for the same will be released on 10th February 2021 and the last date for application receipts is 2nd March 2021.
The CSE mains exam will commence on 17.09.2021 and has a duration of 5 days. The IFS mains exam will commence on 21.11.2021 with a duration of 10 days.
